Ryan Young

Ryan Young is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and product development. Currently serving as the Global Head of Engineering for OEM Sensors at HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær since September 2019, Ryan previously held roles as Engineering Manager and Product Development Engineer at HBM from February 2017 to September 2019, and as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Sensata Technologies from July 2013 to February 2017. Earlier in Ryan's career, valuable experience was gained as a Research Assistant at Penn State Gas Dynamics Laboratory from 2010 to 2013 and as an intern at Bala Consulting Engineers in 2008. Ryan holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, earned in 2013 and 2011, respectively.
