Will Lorkin

Will Lorkin currently serves as CFO of the Virtual Test Division at HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær since July 2021, overseeing operations including VI-grade, Concurrent, and Imtec. Prior to this role, Will held the position of VP Finance and CFO at VI-grade from September 2018 to July 2021. Will's extensive experience includes serving as Principal and Corporate Development Manager at Spectris plc, where management of Group M&A activity was a key responsibility. Will's background also features roles as Corporate Strategy Manager at Compass Group Plc, Assistant Director in Private Equity Transaction Services at Deloitte, Business Development Manager at Lear Corporation, and various positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, including Manager and Assistant Manager in Transaction Services.
