Lexi Williams

Lexi Williams is a seasoned professional in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the Director of Diversity and Impact at Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment since December 2020, following roles as Senior Manager and Manager in the same department. Williams has developed and facilitated trainings aimed at enhancing staff awareness of diverse equity and inclusion (DEI) topics and collaborated with marketing teams to ensure inclusivity in storytelling. Previous experience includes serving as Account Executive for Group Events with the New Jersey Devils, where Williams co-chaired a Black Leadership and Excellence committee and organized key cultural events. At Bucknell University, Williams contributed to the University Advancement Diversity Committee and engaged with donors to support varsity sports. Williams also held roles at St. Lawrence University, including Assistant Director of Laurentian Engagement, where initiatives focused on alumni engagement and diversity within recruitment practices. Williams holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Psychology from St. Lawrence University.
