Anuj Gupta

Anuj Gupta is a Machine Learning and Bioinformatics Scientist at ValtedSeq, focusing on single-cell sequencing analysis for Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases, while developing advanced deep learning frameworks for brain exploration. Previously, Gupta served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where methodologies were developed to connect evolution with immune responses to improve malaria resilience. Gupta also contributed to Roche as a Bioinformatics specialist, creating a predictive application for nutritional health based on gut microbiome data. Early career experiences include designing a bacterial classification algorithm at IHRC, Inc., and developing a hospital infection tracking tool at Philips Health Systems. Anuj Gupta holds a B.Tech. in Bioengineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, a Master's Degree, and a PhD in Bioinformatics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
