Jordan Roy

Jordan Roy is a Service Delivery Manager at hc1 since July 2023, previously serving as a Sr. Implementation Manager at Tonic Health, part of R1 RCM, from January 2022 to July 2023. In this role, Jordan led client onboarding and adoption of the Tonic solution, overseeing project scoping and product launches while ensuring alignment with client KPIs. Prior to that, Jordan worked at Press Ganey from January 2015 to January 2022 as a Project Manager and Account Manager, responsible for full-lifecycle management of complex projects, including client onboarding and adoption of the Press Ganey platform for various health systems. Jordan holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Michigan Technological University.
