Redefining Occupational Health a proactive approach that challenges the traditional reactive model

Building on almost four decades of success and proven credibility in the UK, Ireland and recently South Africa, partnering with leading Insurers, Re Insurers and respected corporates who are concerned about the operational and cost implications of unplanned workplace absence , HCB Group champions true Early Intervention, focusing on pre unplanned absence employee engagement, to identify the "real" reason for an impending or actual absence, with steadfast commitment. We simply engage with employees and scheme members earlier than the traditional approach!

HCB Australia brings a new dynamic to the Australian Income Protection and Employee wellness market by challenging the traditional reactive Occupational Health approach. Through application of the science behind the service, HCB Group have a demonstrated outcome and customer service record, with a market leading reputation which is underpinned by a collaborative, clinical nurse led business model. HCB Australia aims to “Redefine Occupational Health” in Australia by demonstrating how the group continues to change the mind-set across the globe, relative to what a fully integrated holistic and outcome focused Occupational Health provider can deliver. As opposed to systematically deploying the traditional ‘medical model’, HCB Group’s approach blends compassion and common sense and draws on rigorous scientific research, which is constantly refined and updated. Together with proven success in IP claims incidence and duration containment, we understand the implications to a business as a result of unplanned absenteeism, including the plethora of direct and indirect costs and how to contain and control these. Reach out to HCB Australia and schedule a discussion about making a tangible difference to employee engagement and the business bottom line.
