Jonathan Mardis, MBA, is an accomplished leader in talent acquisition and innovation services, currently serving as the Director of Innovation Services at Alloy Development Co. since January 2023. As the founder of GIVETOGET™, a mission-driven Recruiting as a Service (RaaS) company, Jonathan emphasizes the alignment of giver values within corporate cultures to foster retention and high performance. Previous experience includes roles as Managing Director at Principal Financial Group and Skylight Financial Group, where Jonathan led significant expansions in recruiting efforts and cost efficiencies. Jonathan's career began at Western & Southern Financial Group, where performance accolades were achieved. Educational qualifications include an MBA with dual concentrations in Finance and Marketing and active involvement in community organizations, such as Generation Now and the YMCA of Cincinnati.
