Antony Ugoni has a diverse work experience in the field of data and analytics. Antony has held various roles in different companies, starting from 2013. Antony has worked as the Director of Global Matching and Analytics at SEEK, where they built a capable team focused on building AI services. Antony also served as the Head of Marketplace Analytics at SEEK. Antony has also worked as the Chief Data Officer at Bupa, where they identified opportunities to disrupt the business model and improve the organization's data and analytic maturity. Antony has also worked in advisory roles at Australian Alliance for Data Leadership and IAPA - Institute of Analytics Professionals of Australia. Antony's current role is the Chief Data Officer at HCF Australia. Antony is also a partner at Think & Grow, where they help organizations better understand data and derive improved outcomes through data, insight, and AI. Antony has also been involved in various advisory and board positions, including at The University of Melbourne, Zetaris - The Networked Data Platform, and GoFIGR.

Antony Ugoni earned a Master's degree in Statistics from La Trobe University, completing their education from 1988 to 1993.
