Fiona Jolly

Fiona Jolly, IDP-C, GAICD, currently serves as Special Counsel at Griffin Legal, providing innovative corporate governance and government reform advice. Fiona holds multiple leadership roles, including Independent Lead Director at the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors, Vice Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Goodwin Aged Care Services, and Non-Executive Director positions at the ACT Cemeteries and Crematoria Authority and the Rural Financial Counselling Service NSW Southern Region, among others. Formerly a Director at the Classification Board of Australia, Fiona has extensive experience in both the federal public sector and private sector. Fiona's academic qualifications include degrees in Law and Women's Studies from The Australian National University and an LLM from the University of Melbourne, along with governance training from institutions such as INSEAD and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
