Hazel Rehn

Hazel Rehn (nee Giffin) is a seasoned professional in organizational development and human resources with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as OD Manager at HCF Australia since April 2021, Hazel is responsible for managing the implementation of key organizational projects, including the development of Family Friendly Workplace accreditation and reviews of domestic violence and flexible working policies. Previously, at AIA Australia from January 2012 to December 2020, Hazel held various roles, including OD Manager and Senior People & Culture Business Partner, focusing on employee engagement strategies and talent development. Hazel has also held HR positions at Diageo Australia and Diageo in the UK, as well as Arcadia Group Ltd and Seagram Distillers, gaining a wealth of expertise in people strategy and executive coaching. Hazel holds a Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of West London and completed foundational education at Oxford High School GDST.
