Malcolm Middleton

Malcolm Middleton has a diverse work experience, starting in 1997 as a Freelance Sports Statistician. In 2003, they joined HCF of Australia as a Technology & Business Services Manager, where they worked until July 2021. In July 2021, they transitioned to the role of Senior Manager - Business Services & Contact Centre at HCF Australia. As of October 2023, Malcolm holds the position of Head of IT Business Operations at HCF Australia.

Malcolm Middleton attended Deakin University from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained a Diploma of Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Malcolm also holds a certification as a Change Practitioner from Prosci.
