Rahul Kakkar is currently the Experience Design Manager at HCF Australia, where Rahul leads projects to identify key interaction points and needs for improved customer experience. Previously, Rahul worked at KPMG as a Manager focusing on customer and growth. With a background in management and operations, Rahul has experience in customer experience transformation and cultural change projects. Rahul holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Unitec | Te Pūkenga.
