Katrin Becker

Katrin Becker is a consultant at HCG, focusing on redefining workplace environments since August 2021. Previously, Katrin worked as a business psychologist at HATCH Analytics from April 2018 to August 2021, emphasizing human behavior and idea generation. A research assistant role at the University of Kent involved replicating findings on ageism in decision-making processes from March to September 2017. Katrin gained insights into HR development during an internship at Bosch between September 2015 and February 2016, and earlier managed recruitment processes at THOMANN Consulting. Initial professional experiences included fundraising for NGOs and temporary work as an Au Pair and farm worker. Katrin holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology (Distinction) from the University of Kent and a Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology from Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences.
