Tim Allen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workplace and change management consulting, currently serving as Senior Director at HCG since April 2024. Previously, Tim held the position of Managing Director of Workplace at Aberley, where responsibilities included leading workplace and change management initiatives. Prior to that, Tim was Head of Workplace for the Americas at Lendlease, where a significant activity-based working initiative was implemented. Tim's career also includes key roles at CBRE UK as Senior Director for Workplace Consulting EMEA, Director of Workplace Services for EMEA at Johnson Controls, and Director of Management Consulting at Turner & Townsend, where exemplary projects received recognition from central government. Earlier experience consists of serving as Associate Director at DEGW and as a Project Manager at Boots, achieving accolades for innovative projects. Tim holds a BA in Ancient History & Civilisation from Swansea University.
