HCH Legal provides expert counsel to airlines, charter operators, aircraft owner/operators and aviation industry investors, on all aspects of aviation law including compliance with federal law and regulations (FAA, DOT, TSA) and strategic guidance for aviation related enterprises.

HCH Legal was formed in 2015 using a distributed practice model that gives our attorneys expanded independence and authority to manage their own law practices within the support structure of a law firm.
