Aditya Garg

Aditya Garg is an accomplished IT leader with 24 years of experience in various sectors, including Hi-Tech, Finance, and Pharmaceuticals. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at HCLSoftware, Aditya has held significant roles at HCL Technologies, where they excelled as Associate Director and in other leadership positions. A certified PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, and Lean professional, Aditya is passionate about leveraging technology to address complex business challenges, having successfully reduced IT spending for major organizations by 14% to 19% YoY. Aditya is also pursuing a Master of Science at Bentley University and previously earned a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics from the same institution.
