Andi Johan is currently the Head of Digital Solutions & Total Experience for Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) at HCLSoftware, where they are responsible for building, leading, and growing the business in the region. Prior to this role, from 2021 to 2024, Andi served as a Senior Director for ASEAN & Korea at HCLSoftware. Andi's career includes positions at Salesforce as a Sales Manager and at IBM, where they held several roles, including IT Specialist and Country Brand Manager. Andi graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bina Nusantara University in 2009.
