Anjan Acharya

Anjan Acharya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational change management, talent development, and educational consulting. Currently serving as the Organization Change Management Lead at HCLSoftware, Anjan drives strategic communication initiatives impacting over 8,500 colleagues, while also co-owning the global induction program and employee Intranet initiative. Previously, Anjan worked at AkzoNobel as the Global Capability Development Lead, overseeing capability development strategies for Global Business Services and Enterprise IT. Anjan's career also includes significant roles at Accenture, Tata Interactive Systems, LearningMate, Score Plus Education, and Career Launcher, focusing on talent development, project management, and innovative learning solutions. Anjan holds a PGDBM in Human Resources from the Goa Institute of Management and a PGDID in Instructional Design from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, among other educational qualifications.
