Bharat Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, retention, and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Customer Retention and Success at HCL Software since August 2022, Bharat oversees enterprise accounts in the ASEAN and ANZ regions. Prior roles include Principal Customer Success and Client Retention at Oracle, where responsibilities encompassed managing renewals and onboarding processes for enterprise customers in North America. As Managing Partner at Salt Glocal Sdn. Bhd., Bharat co-founded an independent brand and creative agency, focusing on customer success and new business development. Experience at WPP and Zee Entertainment included leadership roles in business development and brand partnerships. With a career beginning in 1996, Bharat has also held positions in sales and marketing at various media and hospitality companies.
