Bill Swatling is an accomplished product management leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Product Management at HCL Software since February 2020, Bill leads the Platform Product Group, overseeing products such as HCL SoFy, HCL OneDB, and HCL Link. Prior to this role, Bill worked as a Product Manager at HCL Technologies, focusing on innovative solutions in the containers and orchestration space. Bill has also held significant positions at Streebo, where leadership of the AI and Digital Experience business in North America occurred, and at IBM, where Bill led sales and product management efforts for various software offerings, including the IBM Digital Experience and WebSphere Portal. Bill holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Computer Science from the University of New Orleans.
