Brett Sievert

Brett Sievert is an accomplished customer success and sales professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Customer Success Manager - Team Leader for North America at HCL Technologies since April 2019, Brett is dedicated to assisting customers in achieving their business goals and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Previously, in several leadership positions at Blackboard from October 2011 to March 2018, Brett developed a successful renewal strategy as Vice President of Renewal Sales and improved company perception as Senior Director of Customer Success. Additionally, Brett held significant roles in sales operations and business development at Edline, SchoolFusion, Knowledge Learning Corporation, and KinderCare Education, demonstrating a consistent track record of driving sales growth and team success.
