Daniel Dufault

Daniel DuFault is the Vice President at HCL Software, where responsibilities include leading transformation strategies powered by AI and enhancing enterprise security for clients globally. As an Attorney At Law and Strategic Advisor at DuFault Law since May 2013, Daniel has combined legal expertise with business acumen. Previously, Daniel served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Infor, guiding the development of industry-specific business cloud software, and held a Senior Sales/Legal Executive role at Aptean. Daniel's career began as Chief Executive Officer of a private conglomerate with diverse operations in real estate and development. Daniel earned a JD from Emory University School of Law and Jones School of Law, as well as a BBA in Business from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
