Eva Holper is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the software industry. Currently serving as Legal Lead EMEA/DACH and Senior Legal Counsel at HCL Software since December 2019, Eva has previously held significant legal roles at cargo-partner GmbH as Manager of the Legal Department and CA Technologies, where responsibilities included managing legal operations for Austria and Switzerland and leading the legal integration of Automic Software following its acquisition. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in IT and Media Law from the University of Vienna and a Mag.jur. in Law from the same institution.
