Fabio Barillari

Fabio Barillari is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in cloud architecture and software engineering. Currently serving as Director and Principal Solution Cloud Architect at HCL Software since March 2018, Fabio leads a diverse international team and has successfully developed innovative cloud-native solutions utilizing advanced technologies such as AR/VR, AI/ML, NLP, and RAG. Prior roles include Cloud Architect at HCL Technologies, where Fabio managed IBM Workload Automation on Cloud, and a range of positions at IBM, including Cloud and DevOps Architect, where Fabio architected a multi-tenant SaaS hybrid-cloud solution, and Quality Assurance Architect, where Fabio directed comprehensive testing processes. Early career experience includes software development at SYNETEC S.r.l. and research work at the University of L'Aquila. Fabio holds a degree in Computer Science from Università degli Studi dell'Aquila.
