George Aroush

George Aroush is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and architecture across various companies since 1992. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at HCL Technologies within the Products & Platforms Division, George has previously held significant roles at IBM Business Analytics as an Advisory Software Engineer, leading developments for the OpenPages GRC Platform, and at IBM Rational, focusing on ClearQuest. George contributed to the Apache Lucene.Net project as a lead and PMC member, overseeing the porting of Apache Java Lucene to C#. A strong background in Agile development methods and direct customer engagement has been a hallmark throughout George's career, which includes impactful positions at companies such as Digital Self Corporation, Unveil Technologies, Dataware Technologies, and SilverPlatter. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern University and dual Bachelor degrees in Fine/Studio Arts from Tufts University and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts.
