Herbert Hilhorst

Herbert (ir G.H.J.) HILHORST has extensive experience in technical sales and consulting, currently serving as EMEA Technical Advisor at HCLSoftware since July 2019, specializing in Digital Experience solutions from IBM. Prior to this role, Herbert was the IBM Europe Digital Experience Technical Sales Leader from January 1997 to June 2019, where responsibilities included managing technical sales activities for large accounts and supporting local sales teams with presentations and demos. Herbert also held the position of EMEA Practice Leader for Lotus Discovery Server and Domino at IBM from January 2002 to December 2002, and began a career in customer support at Lotus Development as a Customer Support Analyst from April 1994 to December 1996, covering the Benelux and other regions. Herbert holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Twente, obtained between 1986 and 1992.
