Jean McCarthy

Jean McCarthy currently serves as the Director of NA Customer Success at HCLSoftware, a position held since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles at HCL Technologies as Associate Director of Customer Success for Enterprise Accounts and at Sovos as Director of Renewals.
