John Chambers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client engagement and support within the e-commerce sector. Currently serving as the Client Engagement Manager for the Americas at HCLSoftware since July 2019, John plays a crucial role in the HCL Commerce Level Two support organization, ensuring effective project and process management in a fast-paced environment.
