John Chambers

John Chambers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client engagement and support within the e-commerce sector. Currently serving as the Client Engagement Manager for the Americas at HCLSoftware since July 2019, John plays a crucial role in the HCL Commerce Level Two support organization, ensuring effective project and process management in a fast-paced environment. Prior to this, John held various positions at IBM from 1995 to 2019, including Client Engagement Manager in the Watson Commerce division, where expertise in IBM WebSphere Commerce was developed. John began a career in engineering as a Geotechnical Engineer at Trigon Engineering before transitioning to the technology sector. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Guilford College.
