Kyle Farnand

Kyle Farnand is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in product management, sales leadership, and technology strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management for HCL Digital Experience and HCL Connections at HCLSoftware since July 2019, Kyle previously held various strategic roles at IBM from September 2003 to June 2019, including Business Unit Sales Leader and Digital Experience Technologist. With expertise in developing go-to-market strategies and advising C-level executives, Kyle has significantly contributed to business transformation initiatives. Earlier career highlights include roles as Global Technology Strategist and Senior Systems Engineer at IBM, along with a foundational experience as a Software Engineer at Bowstreet. Kyle Farnand holds a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
