Lily Wang is an experienced marketing professional, currently serving as the Head of Marketing for the Greater China Group at HCL Software since January 2020. Previously, Lily held several marketing leadership roles at IBM from April 2012, including Marketing Lead for IBM Watson Health and Cognitive Applications Unit and Marketing Lead for the Collaboration and Watson Talent Business Unit. In earlier positions, Lily contributed to developing marketing strategies for the Smarter Workforce and managed global programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and leadership effectiveness. Prior experience includes serving as a Business Development Supervisor and Marketing Specialist at AkzoNobel from 2005 to 2012. Lily holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from The University of Hong Kong and two Bachelor's degrees in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from East China University of Science and Technology and in Business/Commerce from the University of Wollongong.
