Lynda Warren

Lynda Warren has extensive experience in software license compliance and asset management across various prominent companies. Currently serving as License Compliance Leader at HCL Software since March 2021, Lynda previously worked at Cimpress as IManager IT ITAM, where responsibilities included managing software license compliance and evaluating SAM tools. At PTC, Lynda built an ITAM team to implement HP Asset Management and developed related processes. Prior consultancy at Wellington Management Group involved setting up Flexera and minimizing license repurchase costs. Lynda also contributed as a Marketing Consultant at Gary Silva Design and held a significant role at Hasbro as Director of Information Technology, where Lynda spearheaded the creation of a new IT department with a focus on compliance and vendor relations.
