Manoj Sardana is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in operations and information systems, currently serving as the Director of Operations & Information Systems at HCLSoftware since March 2022. Prior to this role, Manoj held various positions at HCL Technologies from August 2018 to May 2024, including General Manager and DevOps Tech Lead, with a focus on site reliability engineering.
