Michael Florio is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of DevOps Engineering at HCL Software since February 2017, Michael oversees the DevOps portfolio, managing application development, build automation, and deployment automation strategies. Prior to HCL Software, Michael held various leadership roles at IBM from 2000 to January 2017, including Program Director for B2B and Data Transformation Engineering, where oversight of a 90-plus employee organization led to successful product deliveries. Michael’s earlier experiences include managerial responsibilities in DataPower and WebSphere engineering, as well as software development roles. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
