Nicole Fellows

Nicole Fellows is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Chief Product Counsel and Head of Channel (Legal) at HCL Software since April 2020, following a role as Senior Counsel/Associate GM for the UK, South Africa, Nordics, and Middle East at the same company. Previously, Nicole worked at CDK Global as Legal Counsel, where responsibilities included supporting software and technology stakeholders and managing disputes. Prior experience includes Senior Legal Counsel at United Technologies' Chubb Fire & Security Group and Senior Lawyer at the Environment Agency, focusing on producer responsibility regimes. Early career experience includes roles at TLT LLP, Bevans Solicitors, and Hatten Wyatt Solicitors & Advocates, where Nicole completed a training contract. Education includes a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Kent and a PSC from BPP Law School.
