Oscar Solares

Oscar Solares currently serves as the Regional Sales Director for South America at HCLSoftware, a position held since September 2023, where the focus is on enhancing the Digital+ Economy. Prior to this role, Oscar was a Sales Manager at Dimacofi from February 2022 to June 2023, leading efforts in integrating physical and digital environments for clients. Oscar has extensive experience in technology sales, having worked as the Chief Commercial Officer at CleverIT Group, where responsibilities included spearheading digital transformation initiatives, and during a lengthy tenure at IBM from 1995 to 2020 in various sales and managerial roles across multiple regions and service lines. Oscar's educational background includes advanced sales leadership and business insights from Boston University and Harvard Business School, along with a degree in Systems Analysis from Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción.
