Patrick Guido is the AVP of CyberSecurity at HCL Software, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as Senior Director of CFIUS Implementation at HCL Software from 2019 to 2021, where they were responsible for ensuring compliance with CFIUS requirements across product lines. Prior to that, Patrick worked at IBM from 2005 to 2008, managing software development releases and leading integration efforts for software acquisitions. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Marist University, which they earned between 1982 and 1985.
