Paul Bell

Paul Bell serves as the County Commissioner for Hampshire Scouts since March 2022, leading a large team of adult volunteers to enhance the experiences of young people in Scouting. Concurrently, Paul has held positions at HCL Software since July 2019, including Business Partner Manager for the UK, Ireland, and English Speaking Africa, and Operations Manager for EMEA, facilitating successful onboarding for business partners. Previously, Paul was the County Chairman for Hampshire County Scouts from June 2019 to March 2022, and prior to that, held various roles at IBM from 2000 to July 2019, focusing on collaboration software sales and channel management. Paul has also contributed significantly to Basingstoke East District Scouts in leadership roles, including Deputy District Commissioner and District Chairman. Paul holds a BA Hons in Business Studies and Systems Thinking from The Open University.
