Peter Wharton

Peter Wharton is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Marketing at HCLSoftware since July 2019. Prior to this role, Peter held significant positions at IBM from January 2007 to July 2019, including World Wide Product Marketing Leader for Commerce Solutions, overseeing product marketing for a broad range of IBM applications. Peter's prior experience includes serving as WW Product Marketing Leader for eCommerce and Merchandising Solutions at Sterling Commerce, an AT&T company, and Director of Strategic Alliances at Kewill Logistics. Peter began the career at Sterling Commerce, functioning as a Strategic Alliance Manager from 1991 to 1999. Peter holds a BSC in Computer Studies and Environmental Sciences from the University of East Anglia, earned between 1982 and 1985.
