Rajarshee Dutta

Rajarshee Dutta currently serves as Associate Vice President and Head of Communications at HCLSoftware since April 2022, where responsibilities include leading analyst relations for a diverse product portfolio and driving lead generation through strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Rajarshee held various key positions at HCL Technologies from July 2008 to March 2022, including Director of Strategy and M&A and Associate Director for Analyst Relations and Commercial Marketing, contributing to significant growth and brand recognition. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate Consultant at Cognizant Business Consulting and as a Management Intern at Schneider Electric. Rajarshee Dutta holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a B.Tech in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from the University of Kalyani.
