Rich Kaplan is an experienced sales leader with a strong track record in driving revenue growth across various technology sectors. Currently serving as Sales Director at HCL Software since February 2017, Rich Kaplan focuses on expanding new license, subscription, support, and services revenue for HCL's software products through customer engagement and consultative selling. Prior to this role, Rich Kaplan was Senior Manager of Client Advocacy at HCL, contributing to the division’s launch in 2016. Earlier career experience includes positions at Cisco as a Data Virtualization & Analytics Account Executive, BMC Software as a Senior Account Manager, and as Vice President of Sales and Operations at Artizon, LLC. Rich Kaplan holds a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
