Scott Good

Scott Good is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience advocacy, technical product evangelism, and content design. Currently serving as a User Experience Evangelist for HCL Software Marketplace since February 2021, Scott focuses on promoting a human-centered user experience. Prior roles include Digital Consultant – UX Content Designer at Wells Fargo, where Scott managed content strategy for ADA remediation projects, and various positions at IBM, including North American Above-Market Technical Pre-Sales SME. Scott has also held leadership roles, such as President of Teamwork Solutions and GOODAero, and has contributed to the field through authored works and presentations at industry conferences. Scott’s educational background includes a certification from Trailhead by Salesforce and studies at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
