Srinivas Sesham

Srinivas Sesham is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Architect at HCL Software since January 2021, Srinivas previously held the role of Senior Director of Engineering and Chief Architect at a healthcare startup from August 2019 to July 2020, where responsibilities included technology decision-making, technical architecture development, and team management. Prior experience includes significant positions at Kony, Inc., where roles encompassed Director of Engineering and Chief Architect, and Engineering Manager, contributing to mobile platform direction and execution. Early career roles included an Application Specialist at Beckman Coulter and various engineering positions at Virtusa, HCL Technologies, and Metaminds. Srinivas earned both a Master of Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Osmania University.
