Srinivasan Palani is an experienced professional in workload automation and IT service management, currently serving as Manager of Workload Automation Lab Services at HCLSoftware since January 2022. Prior roles include Delivery Service Manager & Technology Lead at Kyndryl and India Technology Lead at IBM India Private Limited, where Srinivasan managed enterprise tool delivery and TWS environment operations globally. With extensive expertise in requirement gathering, technical support, and system administration, Srinivasan has a robust background in configuring and managing distributed environments. Educational qualifications include a PGDBA in Information Technology from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Gurunanak College.
