Stefania Cannone

Stefania Cannone serves as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at HCL Software, overseeing the Solutions Engineering and IPP business unit program management since January 2024. Previously, from September 2016 to November 2021 at HCL Software, Stefania held various leadership roles, including General Manager of the IPP BU Program Management and Lab Services, where responsibilities encompassed managing the Automation, Mainframe, Data, and Solutions products. Additional accomplishments include directing key management tasks within the Workload Automation product portfolio and leading the UX/UI Center of Excellence. Prior experience at IBM included leading the ISO27001 certification project for IBM Workload Automation on Cloud and managing the implementation of significant software projects. Stefania holds a University Degree in Computer Science with top honors from Politecnico di Bari.
