Stephanie Heyward is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Leader of Professional Services and Customer Success in the Products & Platforms Division at HCL Technologies since June 2019, Heyward previously worked at IBM from January 2005, fulfilling roles such as Services Sales Manager for WCE North America and Software Services Sales Lead in Watson Customer Engagement. In these positions, Heyward has been instrumental in client deployment and implementation success within the IBM WCE Solution Portfolio, responsible for marketing and selling software and services across on-premise and cloud-based models.
