Vaishali Jain

Vaishali Jain is an Associate Manager in HR at HCLSoftware since June 2022, having previously held the position of Senior Management Trainee. Vaishali served as a Coordinator at the Indian Institute of Management Jammu from August 2020 to April 2022, where responsibilities included facilitating communication for academic activities and representing student interests. Experience as a Summer Intern at Xerox occurred in April to June 2021, while a Project Empowerment Intern role at the Confederation of Empowerment Initiatives involved relief support and economic rehabilitation initiatives during the coronavirus pandemic. Earlier experiences include working as a Fellow Designate at YES FOUNDATION and serving as Media Coverage Head for the Department of Economics at Lady Shri Ram College for Women. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Jammu and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
