Originally built in 1926 as a showroom for the Vitrolite Glass Company, the 18,000-square-foot building was purchased in 2022 by HCO Partners to become a neighborhood space for local makers, professionals and families. Building updates and renovations honor the history of the space while pushing it into a bold new direction.
