Marlene Monteiro

Marlene Monteiro is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as an Analista de Benefícios at Hcor since January 2023, Marlene previously held the position of Analista de RH Pleno at Conduent from November 2019 to January 2023, focusing on benefits management, admissions, and documentation. Prior to that, Marlene worked as an Analista de RH Jr at Randstad, where responsibilities included managing document workflows and personnel transitions. Marlene’s career began at GPA, where roles ranged from Assistente Administrativo to Auxiliar de RH Pleno, involving project implementation, training, and various departmental support tasks. Marlene holds a Master's degree in Gestão Estratégica de Pessoas from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul and a Bachelor's degree in Administração de Empresas from Universidade de Santo Amaro.
