Sonja Rum

Sonja Rum has extensive work experience in the cosmetics industry. Sonja holds the position of Sales Director at HCP Global Cosmetics Packaging since 2023. Previously, they served as the Director of Business Development at EMEA Handelsgesellschaft mbH from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Interco Cosmetics GmbH as the Business Unit Leader and Director of Product- & Procurement Management from 2017 to 2022. Sonja also held management positions at ZOEVA GmbH, A.W. Faber Castell Cosmetics GmbH, and Interco Cosmetics GmbH. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Strategic Senior Buyer at Dr. Scheller Cosmetics AG and as an Administrator of Lab and Manufacturing at Zeller + Gmelin GmbH & Co. Sonja has a wealth of expertise in various areas of the cosmetics industry, including sales, business development, product purchasing, supply chain management, and new product development.

Sonja Rum's education history begins in 1993 when they attended Berufsfachschule Göppingen, where they obtained a degree in Industriekauffrau. From 1997 to 2000, they pursued Business Management with a focus on Supply Chain Management at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. In 2005, Sonja attended Kosmetikfachschule and completed a program to become a Staatlich anerkannte Kosmetikerin und Visagistin. Apart from their formal education, Sonja also holds various certifications. In 2014, they obtained an NLP-Practitioner certification from DVNLP. The following year, in 2015, they gained certification in Provocative Coaching from the Institut für angewandte Positive Psychologie -ifapp- / Deutsches Institut für provokative Therapie -D.I.P.-. In 2016, Sonja earned an NLP-Master certification from DVNLP, with the license number M 25561. Additionally, they became a Sports Mental Coach through the Nlp-sommerakademie in 2017. Lastly, in March 2021, Sonja obtained the certification of Zertifizierte Lebensdolmetscherin ® from the LebensDolmetscher-Akademie ®.
