Warren Ma has a strong background in the industrial control and drives sector, with experience at Schneider Electric and Emerson Process Management. At Schneider Electric, they served as Sr. Vice President for Industrial Control & Drives as well as Sr. Vice President for Industry China. Prior to that, at Emerson Process Management, they held various leadership roles including Vice President for Export Business & Project pursuit and Business Director. Warren Ma currently holds the position of Global CEO at HCP Global Cosmetics Packaging.

Warren Ma completed their EMBA degree in the field of study EMBA389 from Peking University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Ocean Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, which they attended from 1992 to 1996. In 2014, Warren Ma pursued a degree in Organizational Coaching from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Strategy Design and Execution from Harvard Business School Executive Education in May 2010.
